This workshop includes Mediations, breathing techniques, self care wellbeing tools, reflective practice, goal setting, body scans, relaxation and an incredible tasty nutritious online cook a long/demonstration.
A day for you, no matter who you are, you background or previous experience, you will grow and learn from this day.
Everyone's journey is different but everyone will walk away feeling relaxed and ready to take some steps in order to improve their overall sense of wellbeing.

"I would really highly recommend this lovely day to anyone at all, but especially if you are feeling a little bit stressed or out of sync with yourself .I came away from the day feeling so calm and much more positive , it was full of information and little tips about how to start to practice better self care . Every part of the day was so enjoyable . I was a little apprehensive going alone as I didn’t know anyone but Emma was a lovely host , very welcoming and kind and the food demos were really fun , the food was delicious!
