Join my private Instagram community for our daily Rise & Shine morning ritual. Every morning Monday to Friday I will go live on this group and facilitate a gorgeous morning ritual.

We will start our morning by checking in with ourselves and seeing how we are on a scale of 1-10 with no judgement, we will then have a warm drink, my preference is Cacao but you can have herbal tea if you prefer, we will enjoy the calm slow pace of the morning before I move onto morning inspiration from a variety of authors, I will then guide you through a simple meditation &breathe work, after that we will move to our journal and gratitude.

Start your day the right way, invest in yourself. Take this time to create new habits.
