This workshop includes Mediations, breathing techniques, self care wellbeing tools, reflective practice, goal setting, body scans, relaxation and an incredible tasty nutritious online cook a long/demonstration.

A day for you, no matter who you are, you background or previous experience, you will grow and learn from this day.

Everyone's journey is different but everyone will walk away feeling relaxed and ready to take some steps in order to improve their overall sense of wellbeing.

Emma is very kind and calming and really emphases the fact that it is okay not to be okay. Acknowledging that everybody has their struggles. Emma outlines some great tools to help learn to live with your struggles and focus your mindset on more the positive things in life.

I am a mom of a busy 3 year old and a 3 month old and this workshop was a gift. Emma reassured everyone that we could do whatever we needed to get the most out of the morning. Her understanding and acceptance of me getting up from the laptop on a number of occasions (hungry baby) really allowed me to breathe and relax into myself. 

Despite being a virtual workshop, I loved the mix of sitting quietly, reflecting, walking and cooking. I came away from the workshop feeling revitalised and with a renewed sense of vigour.
