Discover how to manifest your goals into reality through this creative, fun evening that introduces you to vision boards and the importance of celebrating your success even the smallest achievement or step in the right direction.

Join in, get your mum, sister, friends together, so together we can create powerful energy and create your vision board live through zoom, or simply sit back and learn to do it in your own time, the choice is yours!

You will get creative, and design your very own vision board to help you achieve your personal desires in all areas of your life.

In this workshop you will:

• Get an intro into to the function of vision boards
• Create your very own vision board out of inspiring materials
• Visualize yourself achieving these goals, conjuring up the feelings of excitement and success
• Learn about the beauty behind prosecco, mindfully taste prosecco, pair prosecco with some tasty snacks and then enjoy a glass of prosecco symbolizing and igniting your passion and desire to achieve all you have set out to achieve.

• Goal setting and Visualisation
• Then we will create a Vision Board which is a collage of images and words that you should display in a prominent place to remind you WHY you do what you do every day; images and words that spark your motivation and remind you of your values, goals, or dreams. It could also be filled with things that inspire you or leave you feeling happy.

Materials You Need:

• Sheet of cardboard 

• Magazines and newspapers

• Glue

• Scissors

• Pen & paper

• Any other print outs that inspire you (quotes, images, keywords)

• Prosecco time: The amazing Brigid from @brideys_wine_chats will be joining to talk all things prosecco, mindfully using all our senses we will celebrate our gathering with tasting a lovely affordable prosecco. Brigid will talk to you about the key attributes to prosecco and what you should be looking out for, and the best bit she will pair the beautiful delight with some tasty foods.
